This page needs the Budget Sync userscript

The budget data lives in Tampermonkey's private storage for the Olympus-Zendesk Budget Sync userscript, which ordinary page JavaScript cannot read. Without the script installed, this page has nothing to show.

  1. Install Tampermonkey — the script uses the GM.* API, so Greasemonkey will not do.
  2. Install the userscript, either from its page or directly (version 1.4.0 or later).
  3. Load the Olympus dashboard once so the script can capture the project data.
  4. Come back here and reload the page.

How this works

  • Month progress is measured in working days (Monday to Friday), not calendar days. Today counts once it arrives; at a weekend the count stops at the preceding Friday. Bank holidays are not accounted for — there is no data source for them.
  • Projects are split by how their budget spend compares with that pro-rata month progress: ahead of it on the left, on or behind it on the right. The biggest deviation is at the top of each column.
  • Every bar's track always spans 0–100% of budget, so bars are directly comparable across both columns. A project over 100% is shown as one or more full bars plus a final partial bar for the remainder, all in the over-budget colour, rather than a single bar squeezed onto a rescaled track. A dashed line marks today's pro-rata position.
  • A project with time booked but no budget at all is treated as fully over budget and pinned to the top. A project with neither booked time nor a budget is left out entirely.
