History entries that say "made field changes" now list the changed fields underneath, by the same names the entry's details use, so you can see what changed without opening each one.

Formatting-only changes, such as text made bold, a link's target changed or a numbered list turned into bullets, are now highlighted, with a legend in the diff header. Structural changes such as list type changes no longer jumble the diff.

Rewritten phrases are now shown as the whole old phrase struck out followed by the whole new phrase, instead of alternating old and new word by word.

Adds a "View diff" button next to long-text field changes on a work item's History tab. Clicking it opens a formatted diff highlighting added and removed paragraphs, words and characters.
